1. Using Timer End
Timer End allows visitors to create personal countdown pages for legitimate events and special moments, receive a unique shareable URL and choose what the page should do after the countdown reaches zero.
You may use the service only for lawful and appropriate purposes and in a way that does not harm other people, interfere with the service or violate these Terms.
2. Countdown Creation and Final Settings
Countdown creators are responsible for reviewing all information before submitting the creation form.
After a countdown is created, its main settings may not be editable. This can include the title, event date, event time, time zone, end behavior and repeat settings.
3. Creator Responsibility
You are responsible for the countdowns you create and for all titles, messages, dates and other content you submit.
- You must have the right to submit and share the content.
- You must not impersonate another person or falsely represent an organization, event or relationship.
- You must not publish sensitive personal information about yourself or another person.
- You are responsible for deciding who receives your countdown link.
- You are responsible for keeping any private deletion link or deletion token confidential.
4. Prohibited Content and Uses
Timer End may not be used for content or activity that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, harmful, threatening, exploitative or otherwise inappropriate for the service.
- Illegal activity or content that facilitates unlawful conduct.
- Threats, harassment, intimidation or targeted abuse.
- Hate content or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, phishing or misleading schemes.
- Content intended to exploit, endanger or harm another person.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights or other rights.
- Malware, automated abuse, spam, scraping, interference, attempted security bypasses or excessive automated requests.
- Sensitive personal data that should not be publicly shared.
5. Tragic Events, Violence and Criminal Events
Timer End is intended for personal milestones, celebrations, plans and ordinary events. It must not be used to create countdowns that celebrate, promote, sensationalize or anticipate tragic or harmful events.
6. Moderation, Removal and Enforcement
TimerEnd.com may review, restrict, disable, hide or remove any countdown that appears to violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable law or the intended use of the service.
We may also take protective action when a countdown creates security, operational, spam or abuse concerns, even if the exact situation is not specifically listed in these Terms.
We are not required to provide advance notice before taking action when immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the service or other people.
7. Countdown Deletion
Timer End may provide a private deletion mechanism to the creator of a countdown. Anyone who obtains the private deletion link or valid deletion token may be able to disable that countdown, so creators should keep it private.
Some countdowns may also be configured to become unavailable automatically after a selected period.
Disabling or deleting a countdown from public view does not necessarily mean that all technical records, logs or backups are immediately erased.
8. Public and Shareable Links
Countdown URLs are designed to be shareable. Anyone who receives or discovers a valid countdown link may be able to view the countdown and its public content.
Timer End should not be used as private or confidential storage. Do not place information on a countdown page that you would not want other people to see.
9. Advertising
Timer End may display advertisements on creation pages, countdown pages or other parts of the service.
The presence of advertising does not create any partnership, ownership interest, revenue-sharing right or compensation entitlement for a countdown creator.
10. Third-Party Services
Timer End may rely on third-party services for hosting, security, analytics, advertising, content delivery, anti-spam protection and other infrastructure functions.
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. TimerEnd.com is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or services.
11. Security, Rate Limits and Automated Access
Timer End may use security controls such as rate limits, CAPTCHA or challenge systems, request validation, IP-based protections and automated abuse detection.
You may not attempt to bypass, disable, interfere with, probe or defeat these protections, and you may not use automated systems to create excessive countdowns or place unreasonable load on the service.
12. Service Availability and Lifetime
Timer End is provided as an online service and its availability is not guaranteed permanently.
Features, designs, limits, URLs, technical requirements or supported behaviors may change over time. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, hosting problems, technical failures, security events or circumstances outside our control.
TimerEnd.com may suspend, modify or discontinue part or all of Timer End in the future.
13. Countdown Accuracy
Countdown calculations depend on the date, time and time zone selected by the creator as well as the visitor's device, network and browser environment.
The service is intended for ordinary informational and personal use. It should not be relied upon for emergency, safety-critical, legal, medical, financial or other high-stakes deadlines where independent verification is required.
14. Intellectual Property
The Timer End name, website design, original software, graphics, branding and service materials are owned by or licensed to TimerEnd.com, except for content submitted by users and third-party materials.
Creating a countdown does not transfer ownership of the Timer End website, software, design or branding to the creator.
You retain responsibility for content you submit and grant Timer End the limited permission necessary to store, process and display that content as part of the service.
15. No Warranty
Timer End is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, suitability for every purpose or that every countdown will remain accessible indefinitely.
16. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TimerEnd.com is not responsible for losses arising from user-submitted content, incorrect countdown details, lost private deletion links, temporary outages, third-party services, browser or device issues, or reliance on a countdown for a critical deadline.
17. Young Users
Timer End is a general-audience service. Users should not submit sensitive personal information about children or other young people.
Where applicable law requires parental or guardian involvement, a young person should use the service only with the required involvement or permission.
18. Reporting a Countdown
If you believe a countdown violates these Terms, infringes your rights or should be reviewed for another legitimate reason, you may contact TimerEnd.com and provide the countdown URL together with a brief explanation.
We may review reports and take action when appropriate, but submitting a report does not guarantee that a countdown will be removed.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when Timer End changes, new features are introduced, service providers change or legal and operational requirements evolve.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
